What the Customer Needed
This home required a full roof replacement due to old, damaged, and curling shingles. The homeowners were also experiencing water staining on interior ceilings in the vaulted areas and wanted new downspouts to properly direct water away from the home.
What We Did
We completed a full roof replacement and addressed several key upgrades. This included converting the attic hatch to a TruSeal, replacing the bathroom fan with an RV28 roof vent, removing wood shavings and applying spray foam in the vaulted ceiling areas, converting the plumbing stacks, removing the unused chimney, and installing new downspouts.
The Results
The homeowners were extremely happy with the completed work. They upgraded to CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles, and we installed a ridge vent to ensure proper attic ventilation. The spray foam insulation should help prevent any future interior water staining or damage.
